An engineering review starts with the component
A useful manufacturing proposal connects material, geometry, volume and acceptance criteria. We review these together, including the features that may need machining after sintering and the requirements that could favor a different manufacturing route.
Define manufacturing responsibilities
For your proposed route, request a process map covering tooling, injection molding, debinding, sintering, secondary machining and finishing. The proposal should identify which organization performs each operation and who controls changes.

Component photographs show geometry; they do not establish an alloy grade, a pressure rating or a finished-product approval. Project-specific test and inspection records are the basis for acceptance.
